Terms and Conditions for Family entry
Information on how to enter, and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Entry is only open to Australian residents who are 18 or over (‘Entrants’). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and of Life Education (Life Ed) are ineligible to enter.
Promotion commences on Monday the 22 of January 2024 at 12am (AEDST) and ends at 12:00am AEDST on Saturday the 17th February 2024 (Promotional Period). There will be ten prize winners for the Promotional Period.
To be eligible to enter, Entrants must register for the Australia’s Healthier Lunchboxes initiative at https://www.lifeed.org.au/australias-healthier-lunchboxes during the Promotional Period.
To enter this promotion, the Entrant must submit a photo of their healthy lunchbox and submit 25 words or less as a description of their healthy lunchbox by visiting https://www.lifeed.org.au/australias-healthier-lunchboxes during the Promotional Period.
There will be ten (10) prize winners for the promotion.
The best valid entry as determined by the judges will win one of ten prizes. The winners for this promotion will win the following:
One Woolworths e-Gift card, valued at $600 for their family.
The total retail value of each prize is $600 excluding GST.
The total value of all prizes if $6,000.
Woolworths Group Ltd (ABN 88 000 014 675) is the issuer of the eGift Card, but is not the promoter of this offer, nor responsible for fulfillment of the offer terms. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an Entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on a judging criteria and at the discretion of the judging panel. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The judges will determine the winners of the prizes at Suite 101 Jones Bay Wharf, 26-32 Pirrama Road Pyrmont NSW 2009 by 5pm (AEST) on Wednesday the 27 March 2024 .
The prize winners for the Promotional Period will be notified by phone or email by Friday 29 March 2024 . In the event that for any reason whatsoever that the major prize winner does not claim their major prize by Friday the 13 April 2024, the major prize will be reallocated to the next best eligible entry as determined by the judges (Alternative Winner). Alternative Winners will be notified by phone or email by 15 April 2024. The Alternative winner has one week from the day of notification in which to claim their prize or another Alternative Winner will be selected.
The prize, including any portion, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless stipulated otherwise. If due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control the major prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the major prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
In the event the major prize winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the major prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the major prize. In the event that there is not sufficient time for an Alternative Winner to be selected as outlined in paragraph 12 of these Terms & Conditions, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion retain the major prize. The major prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unused portion of the major prize is not-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash.
Entrants consent to the Promoter and sponsors, Woolworths and Nutrition Australia using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter or Woolworths respectively.
If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any Entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
The Promoter makes no express representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability/merchantability of the prizes. The Promoter takes no responsibility in regard to the condition and/or fitness of the prize. The winner should look to the manufacturer or supplier for all warranties and claims.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to Woolworths and Nutrition Australia . Information may be shared with Life Ed state organisations in Australia and may also be shared with other service providers, non-Life Ed or other like-minded organisations. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any Entrant. Unless otherwise indicated by you, by participating in this promotion you are agreeing to providing information in relation to the services and products of the Life Ed.
The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. Entrants should direct any complaints, requests to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.

To enter this promotion, the Entrant must tell us how their school celebrating Healthy lunchboxes in the class and/or school. This may be supported by video or images by visiting https://www.lifeed.org.au/australias-healthier-lunchboxes during the Promotional Period.
There will be five (5) prize winners for the promotion. This winner will be the school.
The best valid entry as determined by the judges will win one of five prizes. The winners for this promotion will win one of the following:
a. $700 Woolworths eGift card
b. $500 Life Ed voucher
The $500 Life Ed voucher is redeemable for the winning school with Life Ed only. This voucher can be used towards the cost of a Life Ed visit, this could be for, but not limited to, a physical or virtual delivery or could be redeemed at the Life Ed online shop in the event a visit cannot be arranged due to location. This prize cannot be cashed in or transferred to another party. This voucher is only redeemable by registered preschools, day care centre or schools in Australia.
This voucher is not redeemable for registered home schools.
